Welcome to Paradise
at Daleside

Former Michelin-starred team, Frances Atkins, John Tullett and Roger Olive create and serve delicious, seasonal, nutritious food from Paradise at Daleside, a welcoming, beautiful café based at Daleside Nurseries, Killinghall, Harrogate.

Open five days a week (Tuesday – Saturday, 9am – 5pm) Paradise offers breakfast, brunch and lunch and centres around simplicity and seasonality, taking the very best ingredients and respectfully combining them to deliver the most incredible flavours. From Thursday 6th March 2025 we will be opening for Supper each week on a Thursday and Friday from 6pm until 8.30pm.

Former Michelin-starred chef Frances Atkins, chef Roger Olive and front of house manager John Tullett have worked together for over 20 years, creating food and service which has put Yorkshire on the culinary map.

Perfectly in tune, their deep-rooted friendship and shared vision for simple food, incredible flavour and sublime service is a winning combination. It makes the Paradise cafe a spot every foodie will relish returning to time and again.

Our cake counter is veritable feast for those of you who have a sweet tooth. Homemade cakes, pastries and hot drinks are on offer for those wishing to enjoy elevenses or a mid-afternoon treat, and the Café also offers wine and Champagne for those wishing to enjoy a celebratory lunch or meet up with friends.
