At Paradise, many of our dishes are informed by the vegetables and herbs we grow in our Paradise Garden or at Daleside nurseries. Vegans and Vegetarians will always have plenty to choose from and almost all our dishes can be made vegetarian, or vegan should you request it. We always have vegan options available on our homecake counter – so no one need miss out.

Meet the Team
Former Michelin-starred chef Frances Atkins, chef Roger Olive and front of house manager John Tullett have worked together for over 20 years, creating food and service which has put Yorkshire on the culinary map.
Perfectly in tune, their deep-rooted friendship and shared vision for simple food, incredible flavour and sublime service is a winning combination. It makes the Paradise cafe a spot every foodie will relish returning to time and again.
Our Menu
Changing daily and responding to whichever food is in season, we source our produce from only the very best Yorkshire suppliers and local farms.
All our food is freshly made, full of taste and colour and exciting.

CHEF PROFILE – FRANCES ATKINS WHO RUNS PARADISE FOODS
Frances Atkins has been cooking professionally for 40 years, 23 of them at the Yorke Arms at Ramsgill in Nidderdale.
For 16 of those years, she held a Michelin star. It’s a surprise then to find her….
